About
Hi, I’m Narelle, the founder of EHCP Insight. I offer a blend of personal and professional experience with the EHCP process, having successfully secured EHCP's for all three of my children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). I have experienced the challenges that parents encounter when seeking SEN support, particularly when a child's needs are not apparent. I genuinely empathise with the frustration that comes with this process.
I’ve also volunteered with a national SEN charity, helping countless families throughout England navigate their EHCP journeys. My work includes collaboration with Local Authorities nationwide, and I hold qualifications in IPSEA SEN Law at Levels 1, 2, and 3.

Our mission is to support families in securing an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for their child while empowering and educating them to advocate themselves. We are committed to integrity, inclusion and openness, ensuring that every family feels heard and informed throughout the process. Together, we strive to create a supportive community where every family can confidently navigate their journey, and trust that our support is here.
Vision
Our vision is to empower families by equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to secure an EHCP that reflects their child's unique needs. We aim to ensure these plans are lawfully written, enabling children to achieve their best possible outcomes. By fostering confidence and advocacy skills in families, we strive to create a supportive environment where every child's potential is recognized and nurtured.
