1. Introduction These Terms of Service
(“Terms”) govern the provision of advocacy (“Services”) by EHCP Insight (“we”, “our”, “us”, “I”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
We provide tailored advocacy and support relating to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Our work is advisory and advocacy-based only. We do not provide legal representation, legal advice, or guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Tailored Work and No Refunds
All Services are bespoke and tailored to your specific circumstances. Once work has commenced, no refunds wil be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome. This applies to al payments made in advance or during the course of Services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information as required for us to carry out the Services. You remain responsible for al decisions made regarding your child’s education, health, and care provision. You understand that our role is supportive and advisory, not determinative.
5. Limitation of Liability
We deliver Services in good faith, to the best of our knowledge, expertise, and experience. We do not guarantee any specific result or outcome, including but not limited to Local Authority decisions, tribunal outcomes, or EHCP content. To the fulest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or costs arising directly or indirectly from the use of our Services.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of al information shared with us in the course of providing Services. Your personal information wil only be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services will be confirmed in writing prior to work commencing. Payment terms must be adhered to as agreed. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
8. Termination of Services
You may terminate the Services at any time by written notice, but no refund will be provided for any fees already paid. We reserve the right to terminate Services if you fail to comply with these Terms or act in a way that makes it unreasonably difficult for us to continue working with you.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
