Parent, York
"Narelle helped me apply for an EHC assessment for my daughter, age 7. School failed to recognise her SEN, but I knew she was finding things hard. With Narelle's help, we managed to get an EHCP for her that is fit for purpose. She is now thriving in school and receives the support that she needs."
Parent, Surrey
"Narelle completed a draft check of my son's EHCP. The quality of the report was fantastic. She had outlined lots of areas that weren't lawfully written, and contacted our local authority to get it rectified. Lots of provision had been reworded, and we would never had noticed had it not been for Narelle. Would highly recommend her services."
Parent, Calderdale
"Thank you for supporting our case at mediation. We are glad to have taken your advice and give it a try before going to Tibunal. Having the decision to assess overturned there and then was such a relief. We will be recommending your services to other families."
Frequently asked questions
I don’t know where to start — can you still help?
Absolutely. Many parents come to us feeling overwhelmed. We will explain the process step-by-step and help you understand your options clearly.
Is it too late to get help if we are already partway through the process?
Not at all. Families contact us at all stages — even shortly before deadlines or tribunal hearings.
Will asking for an EHCP damage my relationship with the school?
Seeking appropriate support is a legal right and should not negatively affect your child. We aim to encourage collaborative, constructive working relationships wherever possible.
My child masks at school — can they still qualify?
Yes. Many children cope in school but struggle significantly at home. Evidence from parents is important and valid.
